Those of us in Christian leadership often find ourselves needing assistance in dealing with personal, marital, relational and/or organizational concerns. Unfortunately, we often feel unsure of where to go or who to turn to for help.

We struggle with questions: Who can I trust? Who understands what ministry is like? Who knows the unique struggles of Christian leaders? Where can I go for help without putting my job and livelihood at risk?

That’s where I can help. I offer therapeutic assistance for those leaders struggling with personal and relational difficulties. I help leaders find clarity in their calling, accomplishing fruitfulness in their current setting and exploring possibilities for future change. And I work with ministry and leadership teams, congregations and groups to process relational dynamics that greatly impact their health and effectiveness.
